About SideOne
SideOne is an independent CD shop built around a simple idea: physical music should still be exciting to discover.
We sell new releases, interesting reissues, collectable editions and carefully selected pre-owned CDs — from £1 finds to records worth keeping on the shelf.
Delivery
UK postage is £3.49 via Royal Mail. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours.
Orders placed through our marketplace listings are posted on the same terms; tracked and international options are shown at checkout on the marketplace.
Returns
Every disc is checked and graded before listing. Pre-owned CDs are individually graded and photographed, and any known significant defects are stated in the product description.
We don't offer returns beyond your statutory consumer rights. If you change your mind about an online purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, and it must be returned in the condition in which it was received. New and sealed CDs cannot be returned for a change of mind once the original seal has been opened.
If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or is materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.
